Generating returns labels

Using RoyalMails Click and Drop to generate bulk tracked returns labels

Firstly login to your Click and Drop account at the following url (opens in a new tab); then click on the Sign in to Click & Drop button.

Once signed in, then navigate to theSettings page.Which can be found in the top right.

Then click onMiscellaneous.

On this page you will see aTracked Returns labels section. First select the Trading Name you want to use and the shipping service. You can generate up to 500 labels at a time. Now press print and wait a few minutes for the file to be generated.

After the labels have been downloaded you now need to upload them to the admin area.

Once you have logged in visitSettings and thenPostage. You will see an import file button which will open a sidebar. Choose your file and press the import button.
