Order Status Colours Explained

Each order status colour is designed to make it easier to see the status of an order.

• Yellow - Orders which need the recyclers attention such as Pending Pack
• Blue - Orders which are waiting for the customer such as Pack Sent
• Grey - Orders which did not complete successfully
• Red - Orders which need attention shortly such as Payment Pending
• Green - Completed orders
• Orange - On Hold orders

Adding New Users

You can find a list of all users on your website in Settings under Users. From here you can also add a user with the Add User button. A password for the new account will be emailed to the new user.
